RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our products are custom printed and your items are never pulled from a pre-stocked shelf. Therefore, we have a strict return policy.
If your product was damaged or you received the incorrect order, you must contact us regarding your return within 30 days of the delivery date in order for a replacement to be sent out. You will not be required to mail back the damaged/incorrect order.
If you simply changed your mind about your order, you have 7 days to mail your items back and a 20% restocking fee will be charged. We will accept returns/exchanges on items that are only in new condition, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer.
Once the returned product has been inspected, a whole/partial refund will be processed. We do not supply return shipping labels or refund return shipping fees. Items must be returned with customer’s full name, contact information, as well as the order number.
No items can be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the delivery date.
