RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our products are custom printed and your items are never pulled from a pre-stocked shelf. Therefore, we have a strict return policy.
If your product was damaged or you received the incorrect order, you must contact us regarding your return within 30 days of the delivery date in order for a replacement to be sent out.
If you simply changed your mind about your order, you have 7 days to mail your items back and a 20% restocking fee will be charged. We will accept returns/exchanges on items that are only in new condition, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer.
Once the returned product has been inspected, a whole/partial refund will be processed.
